上海宏润博源领导力课程，开口就是领导力—演讲的魅力。2022年11月28日（星期一）下午4:30-6:10，本期学生干部领导力课程第四次课由优秀演讲培训导师马徐骏老师主讲。

From 16:30 to 18:10 on November 28, 2022 (Monday), the fourth session of SHBS Student Leadership Course was held in the school library. We were honored to have Mr. Ma Xujun, an excellent speech training instructor, to share with us.

马老师在沪上享有非常高的赞誉，跟诸多大型演讲平台、大型公司企业都有密切的合作，也培训了很多演讲人才，业内口碑极好。今天能亲临宏润校园，面对面给同学们上演讲能力培养的课程，是在校师生的一大幸运。故此，本次课也吸引了很多慕名前来“蹭课”的师生，马老师那思想深蕴和清晰流畅的演说，也的确给大家带来了极大的震撼，可谓收获颇丰。

Highly spoken of in Shanghai, Mr. Ma has close cooperation with many large speech platforms, companies, and enterprises. Having trained many public speaking talents, he enjoys a very good reputation in the field. It was truly an honor for us to have him to share on how to improve our public speaking skills. Therefore, this session also attracted many other teachers and students to join us . His profound thoughts and clear delivery impressed and inspired us a lot.

马老师首先强调演讲的主干一定要清晰，关键点宜少不宜多。不能什么都想讲，一定要用全力去聚焦，一次演讲把少数几个点讲透即可，给听众留下深刻的印象就是成功的，归纳一点即“少即是多”。

Mr. Ma first stressed that a good speech must have a clear structure and focus. If you want to cover a lot, you may lose the focus and the audience. We should always keep in mind the most important thing we would like the audience to take away. “Less is more.”

同时，马老师还强调要善于通过故事阐发自己的观点。尽量不要在演讲中阐述过多经过个人总结提炼过的理论，也尽量不要阐发过多哲学章句，因为听众没有办法完全理解你的思考结果和思维过程。演讲要善于通过故事表达自己的观点，故事本身有情节，容易吸引听众的注意力，让听众感兴趣。在听完后让观众自己建构信息模型，进而深入理解演讲者的思想。通过这种方式可以避免陷入“知识的诅咒”，这一点给大家带来了非常大的启发。

At the same time, Mr. Ma also stressed that a good speech should be a good story. We should try to avoid using many abstract theories or philosophical quotes in our speech, because the audience will not be able to fully understand those. We should take advantage of stories to express our perspectives. Stories can help attract and interest the audience and are easy to remember due to their plots. Stories can also help the audience construct their own information model, and further understand the speaker's thoughts. In this way, we can break the"Curse of Knowledge", which is very enlightening.

最后，马老师强调内容才是演讲成功与否的关键，语言表达等形式仅仅是外在因素，并非核心要素。所以，一个成功的演讲一定要着力打磨内容，有内涵、有角度、有高度，能够给听众以启发，让听众有获得感，这一定是成功的演讲。

Finally, Mr. Ma stressed that content is the key to the success of a public speech. Language use and other aspects are only external factors, not the core elements. Therefore, to do a successful public speech, one must focus on polishing the content, to make it insightful, perceptive, and mind-opening. A speech that can inspire and enlighten the audience must be successful.

通过本节课马老师淋漓尽致的讲授，在场的所有师生都深受启发和震撼，也深深为马老师的职业素养和敬业精神所感动，也从马老师身上看到了一个优秀演讲者的底蕴和风范。
