时隔两年，男神朱浦老师再次来到杭州上海世外学校指导英语组老师开展主题教研，同时又为全体老师带来了一场饕餮盛宴。

After two years, Mr. Zhu Pu, our super idol, came to visit WFL again. Mr. Zhu first guided the English teachers to carry out a teaching and research activity to explore the thematic meaning of the overall unit. Later, Mr. Zhu gave an interesting and informative lecture on blackboard design to all WFL teachers. 

周一上午，朱老师和英语组老师认真观摩了由汪进勇、史惟怡两位老师带来的精彩课堂。接着，英语组全体教师在朱老师地带领下，开展了“基于主题意义探究的单元整体教学”主题教研活动。首先，朱老师对两位老师的课堂表示赞赏，肯定了两位老师对于单元整体设计的落实。

同时，朱老师也向英语组提出了更高的要求——用“主题意义”和“内容”进行英语教学，给学生提供真实的学习内容和身临其境的场景感，最终实现新课标的育人的价值目标。

Yesterday morning, Mr. Zhu and all the English teachers carefully observed two wonderful classes given by Aaron and Vennie. Then, under the guidance of Mr. Zhu, the English teachers carried out a teaching and research activity to explore the thematic meaning of the overall unit. During the activity, Mr. Zhu first expressed his appreciation for the two teachers’ classes and the well implementation of the overall design of the unit. At the same time, Mr. Zhu put forward a higher requirement for the English teachers, to teach by focusing on the thematic meaning and the contents, to provide students with real-life learning materials and an immersive learning environment. Thus, we can eventually realize the goal of educating students.

下午，朱浦老师又为全体教师带来了一场“基于单元整体的学习，突显板书功能的设计”主题讲座。朱老师从“呈现核心学习内容”“呈现学习任务支架”“呈现学习基本过程”“呈现内容逻辑顺序”“呈现主要学习策略”“呈现单元整体关联”等六个方面向大家讲述了板书的功能及设计思路，轻松而又愉悦的讲座让现场掌声不断。

In the afternoon, Mr. Zhu gave another wonderful lecture on blackboard design based on the unit’s content. Mr. Zhu focused on explaining the six functions of blackboard design and how teachers should design it. Basically, the blackboard design presents the core learning contents, the scaffolding of the tasks, the basic learning process, the logical order of the content, the main learning strategies or the overall connection of the unit. The fun and informative lecture won a lot of applause from the teachers.

看似简单的板书设计其实对课堂教学有着至关重要的作用。科学、精炼、适度、易懂的板书设计可以为学生们带来更好的课堂体验和学习效果。虽然朱浦老师以英语学科为例，但是同时也兼顾了其它学科。听完朱浦老师的讲座后，各学科老师都纷纷表示获益匪浅，甚至有老师立马将其运用到了即将到来的骏马奖课程板书设计当中。

The seemingly easy task of blackboard design actually has a crucial impact on the teaching effectiveness. Scientific, concise, and easy-to-understand blackboard design can bring students better learning experiences and learning outcomes. Although Mr. Zhu mainly took the blackboard design in English classes as an example, teachers of other subjects expressed that they benefited a lot too. Some teachers even immediately applied it to the blackboard design of the upcoming teaching competition.

作为结构化的学习内容，可视化的思维工具，板书的合理性，体现了思维的有序性，决定了教学的有效性。男神朱浦老师再一次用他诙谐幽默、深入浅出的语言，为我们带来了一场精彩的讲座，让我们收获满满。教学的道路很长，但所幸我们已经走在大路上。

As a structured learning content and a visualized thinking tool, the rationality of blackboard design reflects the logicality of thinking and determines the effectiveness of teaching. Mr. Zhu once again used his humorous and easy-to-understand language to bring a wonderful and informative lecture to our teachers. We still have a long way to go, but we are already on the way, on a promising way.
