导语：十三四岁的年纪，正是青春期开始的时候，也是人生真正绽放的开始。青春期，这些事有了变化

面对青春期，我们都有着一定的疑惑与好奇，那么青春期到底是什么呢？怀着这个问题，我们参与了杭州湾双语学校举行的四五年级心理健康讲座，主讲人蔡校长也向我们详细介绍了青春期间的生理变化和心理变化。

青春期指由儿童逐渐发育成为成年人的过渡时期。普遍认为10-24岁的年龄范围为青春期。由于荷尔蒙的分泌变化，身体会进入快速发育期，大脑也会因为加强对事物的认知，产生一系列的变化。

青春期，让我们与益友作伴

随着青春期的到来，我们的自我意识增强，很多想法不再与大人分享。

面对这种情况，蔡校长继续道：“青春期，我们会更喜欢朋友的陪伴。好的朋友让人积极向上，所以青春期的我们应与益友共成长。”

青春期，充满机遇与挑战

当我们对青春期有了初步了解后，蔡校长对青春期做了进一步的介绍：“青春期正是我们不断学习知识，认识世界的时期，我们可以通过阅读、旅游、沟通来认识世界，形成自己的世界观。”

在讲座进行的过程中，同学们和老师热情互动，在互动环节中，他们学习到了更多的知识，对自身的了解也进一步加深，具备了更好地面对青春期的能力。

青春期是充满机遇与挑战的一个阶段。面对生理上的变化，我们不应该逃避；面对生活中出现的小情绪，我们不应该沮丧；面对心理上的波动，我们不应该暴躁。学会沟通交流，用积极乐观的心态去迎接它，或许你会发现，人生的新篇章，早已悄悄掀开。

The age of 13 or 14 marks the beginning of adolescence and the blooming of life.

Speaking of adolescence, we are filled with curiosity. So what is adolescence indeed? With this question in mind, we participated in the mental health lecture for the fourth and fifth graders held at HBBSS. Principal Cai told us specifically what will happen during adolescence.

Adolescence is characterized by children slowly changing their feelings and turning into adults. It usually begins at age 10 to 24, during which the brain will develop more control over your impulses, making a series of changes.

Increased awareness of independence and self-awareness is characteristic of adolescence. With the advent of adolescence, our self-counsciousness increases and many of our thoughts are no longer shared with adults.

With regard to this situation, Pricipal Cai continued, "During adolescence, we prefer the company of friends. Good friends make us positive, so we should grow with good friends during adolescence."

After introducing the basics about adolescence, Principal Cai told us more, “Adolescence is a period during which we keep learning about and getting familiar with the world. We can form our world outlook through reading, traveling, and communicating with the world.”

Adolescence is a stage of opportunity and challenge. We should not shun physical changes. we should not be depressed by bad moods. We should not be irritable in the face of psychological fluctuations. Learn to communicate and embrace adolescence with a positive attitude. Perhaps you will find that a new chapter of life has quietly unfolded.
