Hello from Shanghai Experimental School International Division. It is now time to apply for the 2022 school year Grade One classes. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Shanghai Experimental School International Division enrolls qualified international students, including overseas students and students from Taiwan China, Hong Kong China and Macao China.

Shanghai Experimental School International Division does not have any partnership with any intermediary agents or tutorial institutions. The only way for parents to enroll in our school is through the WeChat official account. If you have any questions, please contact our admissions teacher directly.

2021年9月18日	开通微信报名系统，并请根据提示上传相关证件照片
2021年12月2日	家长开放日（根据防疫要求，线上或线下方式另行通知）
2021年12月6日	第一批新生校园活动报名截止（若第一批次名额已满，将顺延至下一批次）
2021年12月7日	邮件形式通知家长校园活动具体时间及安排
2021年12月18日	第一批新生校园活动
2021年12月28日	邮件形式通知家长录取结果
2021年12月30日	录取的学生办理入学手续

The first round of entrance activity

Sep.18th,2021	Online registration begins. Fill in the application form via Wechat.
Dec.2nd,2021	Parents' Open Day (Online or offline activity will be notified later according to the epidemic prevention requirements.)
Dec.6th,2021	Online registrations ends(If there are no available seats for the interview by the time you submit the application, you will be able to attend the activity next year.)
Dec.7th,2021	The teacher informs you the exact interview time and arrangements via email .
Dec.18th,2021	Entrance activity .
Dec.28th,2021	Results will be released via email .
Dec.30th,2021	Accepted students should come to school to process the enrollment procedures.

Mar.8th,2022	Parents' Open Day (Online or offline activity will be notified later according to the epidemic prevention requirements.)
Mar.10th,2022	Online registrations ends.
Mar.11th,2022	The teacher will inform you the exact interview time and arrangements via email .
Mar.19th,2022	Entrance activity.
Mar.29th,2022	Results will be released via email.
Mar.31st,2022	Accepted students should come to school to process the enrollment procedures.

入学资格 Admission Qualification ：

上海市实验学校国际部为上海市教委注册备案的外籍人员子女学校，学生来我校申请就读需接受资格审核。

• 符合下列条件的，可直接向学校提出申请: 

1. 持有外国护照，通过合法渠道来沪工作并取得上海市《外国人就业证》和《外国人居留证》的外籍人员随行子女。

2. 持有中国护照、现在沪工作居住的中国公民在境外出生的子女，持有海外合法出生证。

• 具有以下情况的，需获得市教委出具的证明后前往我校报名：

持有中国护照、全家人均获国外永久居留权、回沪工作居住的中国公民子女，其最近二年在境外学校连续就读。

办理机构：市教委国际交流处

受理地址：上海市静安区江宁路245号（上海教育国际交流协会）

受理时间：每周三上午9-12点（法定节假日除外）

入学申请所需材料清单  Application Checklist 

1. 完成新生入学申请表（微信公众号报名）。

A completed application form. 

2. 家长外国护照和签证复印件一份

Photocopy of parent’s passport.

3. 学生的护照或户口簿或海外合法出生证复印件一份

Photocopy of student’s passport, household register or overseas birth certificate.

4. 学生健康记录表和最新免疫记录原件。

Health form and up-to-date immunization record.

5. 二年级以上要求插班的学生需提供最近一年的学业成绩记录，或递交教师/校长推荐信。

For grade 2 and above applicants, please provide up-to-date current records and for one year previous. Or hand in classroom teacher/principal recommendation.
