学校简介

常州外国语附属双语学校坐落在常州国家高新区，紧邻沪宁高速，京沪高铁和常州地铁一号线。

Changwai Bilingual School is located in Changzhou National High-tech Zone, close to Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway and Changzhou Metro Line 1.

常外双语成立于2018年，以常州外国语学校的办学基础为依托，并于2020年正式获得IBO国际文凭组织授权，成为常州地区第一所也是唯一一所IB世界成员学校。

Changwai Bilingual School was established in 2018, relying on the foundation of Changzhou Foreign Languages School, and it was officially authorized by the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization) in 2020, becoming the first and only IB World School in Changzhou.

探究丨Unit of Inquiry (UOI)

基于国际文凭组织理论框架的“玩中学”探究学习模式。以六大超学科主题“自我认识”、“自我表达”、“时空领域”、“自我组织”、“世界运作”、“共享地球”引领，整合学习各学科知识、 技能，开展大单元探究。

Play based learning and inquiry is driven by six transdisciplinary themes in the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, which are “Who We Are” , “How We Express Ourselves” , “How We Organize Ourselves” , “How the World Works” , “Where We Are in Space and Time”  , and “Sharing the Planet”  . Unit of inquiry (UOI) is conducted and explores through various subject areas.
