Fearless of Changes, Be Your Determined Self

社区设计

Community Project 

社区设计(Community Project)鼓励学生基于自己的兴趣,探索其在社区中的权利和义务。学生在实施项目时需要进行项目探究计划、开展调研、实施行动和行动反思等过程。CP项目可以培养学生作为国际文凭学习者的十大品质,锻炼学生的ATL学习技能,引导学生成为更具博爱精神和国际情怀的人。

杭世外融合部九年级的同学们将目光关注到社区中需要被关爱的群体身上,将爱心化为行动,给需要帮助的人们带去温暖,给需要被呵护的动物带去关爱。

The Community Project encourages students to explore their rights and responsibilities in the community based on their own interests. It also develops students' IB learner profile, improve their ATL learning skills, and guide them to become more fraternal and international-minded.

IC9 students focused on some groups in the community that need care and turned their love into action, bringing warmth to those in need.

由于小组成员对心理问题较为感兴趣,所以小组成员在头脑风暴时就决定将社区项目的主题聚焦在疫情期间大家的心理焦虑问题上。针对这一问题,小组成员做了大量的社会调查,在总结调查结果时发现青少年群体的心理焦虑问题较为突出,所以我们便将社区项目的主体调查对象确定为了青少年这一群体,并在调查中发现青少年普遍在意的,较为焦虑的是容貌和学习方面,这极大地影响身心发展和正常生活,所以这一主题与我们也是切实相关的。

Since the group members were interested in psychological issues, they decided to focus the theme of the community project on the psychological anxiety of people during the epidemic. In order to address this issue, the group members did a lot of social surveys and found that the psychological anxiety of the youth group was more prominent when summarizing the survey results. This topic is also relevant to us.

实地调研及实施

为了更好地调查与研究青少年对于容貌和学习的焦虑,小组成员查阅了大量的文献资料,从焦虑的成因、发展、处理办法等方面做了大量的准备工作。为了让大家正视这样的心理焦虑,小组设计了相关的校园展示和宣讲,让大家正视容貌与学习焦虑,在校园内做到缓解青少年焦虑。

Fieldwork and Implementation: In order to better investigate and study adolescents' anxiety about appearance and learning, the team members reviewed a large amount of literature and did a lot of preparatory work on the causes, development, and treatment of anxiety. In order to make people face up to such psychological anxiety, the group designed a campus presentation to make people face up to appearance and study anxiety, and to alleviate teenage anxiety in the campus.

总结反思

在整个社区项目设计中,小组成员具备了足够的勇气进行实地采访与调查,以及进行一定范围的展示与宣讲。小组成员之间良好的分工合作也促使项目进行地比较顺利。但是综合来看,社区项目设计在进行的过程中可以在时间上安排得更为合理有序。

Throughout the community project design, the team members were courageous enough to conduct interviews and surveys in the field, as well as to make presentations and speeches on a certain scale. The good division of labor and cooperation among the team members also contributed to the smoothness of the project. However, in general, the community project design could have been carried out in a more reasonable and orderly manner.

方言是民族个性、民族审美习惯的“活”的显现。如果一个地区没有了自己的方言,相当于丢失了该地区文化,丢失了文化就相当于丢失了根基。方言也可以帮助理解不同地域间的审美的生成规律和演变规律。小组成员通过调查发现许多人认为重要,但绝大多数不愿意付出行动去学习。所以决定采取更为创新的方式进行杭州方言的宣传。

Dialect is the "living" manifestation of national personality and national aesthetic habits. If a region does not have its own dialect, it is tantamount to losing the culture of the region, and losing the culture is tantamount to losing the foundation. Dialects can also help to understand the laws of generation and evolution of aesthetics among different regions. The group members found through their research that many people thought it was important, but the vast majority were unwilling to put in the action to learn it. So it was decided to take a more innovative approach to the promotion of the Hangzhou dialect.

实地调研及实施

因为小组成员对于绘画比较擅长,所以小组决定通过制作填色食谱书来宣传杭州方言,并向家长寻求帮助,帮忙录制杭州方言。另外,美食是现在年轻人比较感兴趣的话题,所以将填色书做成食谱主题,也是为了能吸引更多年轻人的关注和学习杭州方言。制作填色食谱书时,我们为其增加了注释,可以提高书籍的科普性,不至于内容单一;设计成填色书的形式也是为了增加读者的参与感,在兴趣中学会杭州方言。

Since the group is good at drawing, we decided to promote Hangzhou dialect by making a coloring recipe book and asking parents for help to record Hangzhou dialect. In addition, food is a topic of interest to young people nowadays, so making the coloring book recipe themed is also a way to attract more young people's attention and learn Hangzhou dialect. When making the coloring recipe book, we added notes to it, which can improve the science of the book and not make the content monotonous; the design of the coloring book format is also to increase the readers' participation and learn Hangzhou dialect in interest.

总结反思

项目设计实施过程中时间管理方面,是最需要改善的,希望下次能够进行合理分配。另外大部分时间都用来规划和计划,反而压缩了过多的实践时间。在实践过后,我们发现项目成果并不如计划中的完成度高,所以对于推广使用是存在一定问题的,这在后续杭州方言的传承中还会进行改善。但是小组的成员配合度上是比较完美的,这很好地锻炼了我们的规划能力和沟通合作能力.

The time management aspect of the project design and implementation process is the most important thing that needs to be improved, and I hope that next time I can make a reasonable allocation. In addition, most of the time was spent on planning and programming, but too much practice time was compressed. After practice, we found that the results of the project were not as complete as planned, so there were some problems in promoting the use of the project, which will be improved in the subsequent transmission of Hangzhou dialect. 由于我所居住的小区—田园牧歌小区内平时都会比较频繁地出现占用车位或占用车道的情况,多数发生在周末。而且经常同时有多辆车出现占用情况。这已经影响到了小区居民的正常生活,这一问题亟待解决,所以我将社区设计项目的主题确定为解决小区停车位问题,以改善小区停车环境。

Since the neiborhood I live usually has more frequent occupancy of parking spaces or driveways, mostly on weekends. And there are often more than one car occupying the situation at the same time. This has affected the normal life of the residents in the community, and this problem needs to be solved, so I set the theme of the community design project to solve the problem of parking spaces in the community, in order to improve the parking environment in the community.

实地调研及实施

总结反思

我非常积极地参与调查,得到了非常多有用的信息。同时我也会更加关注周围的社会现象,我也更愿意对这类社会现象开始有了思考和调查。但是在实施过程中,要在前期多加与导师汇报进展,要让导师适当帮助且提出建议,更好地完成调查与汇报。在调查过程中,我可以拍更多的照片和视频,以完善自己的项目成果。

实地调研及实施

为了确定改进的方向,提出更好的解决方案,我们在确定主题后对学校内的学生做了深入的问卷调查,并用了大量时间来采访学校内的老师、食堂工作人员等不同人群对学校下午茶的看法和改进意见。这些实地调查工作为我们后续进行下午茶改进提供了非常大的便利和丰富的基础准备。

In order to determine the direction of improvement and to propose better solutions, we did an in-depth questionnaire survey of students in the school after determining the theme, and spent a lot of time interviewing teachers, cafeteria staff and other different people in the school about their views on the school afternoon dessert and their opinions on improvement. These fieldwork provided us with a very convenient and rich foundation for the subsequent afternoon tea improvement.

总结反思

在社区项目实施过程中,不足之处在于我们在一开始没有考虑周全,当第一个课题开始后我们没办法去获取我们想要的信息,因为特殊学校的特殊性,我们没有这方面的人脉,所以没办法随意进出,并且也无法给自闭症儿童开展课程,所以做第一个课题的时候遇到了麻烦困难,耽误了一些时间。但是我们很快找到了新的方向,新的课题,并且这个课题还非常贴近我们的校园生活。另外我们在实施环节足了大量的记录,十分清楚做每一步的目的。我们也时刻在意关注同学的想法和意见,让结果更符合他们的心意。

When we started the project, we were not able to get the information we wanted because we did not have the contacts to get in and out because of the special nature of special schools, and we were not able to conduct classes for children with autism, so we encountered some difficulties and delays in doing the first project. However, we quickly found a new direction and a new topic that was very close to our campus life. In addition, we took a lot of notes in the implementation process and were very clear about the purpose of each step. We also paid attention to the ideas and opinions of our students to make the results more in line with their wishes.

社区项目设计可以让学生在探索过程中,展示出必备的技能、态度和只是能力,在各种情形中做到有效地交流和合作,从而展示出自己负责任的行动并为自己的成就感到骄傲。九年级的同学们将自己的兴趣与目光集中到了值得被关注的群体身上,对世界充满了同理心,他们将阳光与爱带到了更多的角落。为了更多人的欢乐,为了汪洋大海的气息,为了不再害怕人类的万物,为了春天盛开的花,为了爱……他们正在学着赤诚勇敢,学着做一个温暖的人。

As we can see, Community Projects allow students to demonstrate that they have the skills, attitudes, and abilities to communicate and cooperate effectively in a variety of situations; and to demonstrate that they act responsibly and take pride in their accomplishments.
