“昨夜一霎雨，天意苏群物。”每个孩子都是一颗充满希望的种子，种子的萌芽离不了学校这方沃土，更离不了家庭雨露的滋润。为了进一步加强学校与家长之间的沟通与交流，凝聚学校与家庭教育的力量，共同寻找最佳教育方法，达到高效育人的目的，2023年4月21日下午，杭州世外中学召开了七年级学生家长会。本次家长会以沟通交流为基石，以助力成长，守望花开为目的。由年级组长高焱老师主持，七年级全体家长师生共同参与。

“The rain on last night awakens all the living things.” Every child is a seed full of hope. The sprouting of seeds cannot be separated from the fertile soil of the school and the nourishment of the family’s rain and dew.

In order to further strengthen communication and exchange between the school and parents, as well as consolidate the power of school and family education to seek the best education methods to achieve the goal of efficient education, HZWFLS held a 7th grade student-parent meeting on the afternoon of April 21, 2023. The purpose of this parent meeting is to communicate and exchange ideas and help students grow together. The meeting, hosted by the grade leader, Gao Yan, was attended by all 7th grade parents, teachers, and students.

“达师之教也，使弟子安焉，乐焉，休焉，游焉，肃焉，严焉。”高焱老师正是秉持着这样的理念带领整个年级不断学习进步的。高老师指出：活动是世外的一大特色，我们年级的教学以活动为载体，让学生在合作探究中进步，在斑斓多彩的活动中成长。除此之外，她还分享了一学期以来，师生通过努力获得的喜人成绩，令人精神振奋。

“Teaching that leads to students’ peace, joy, rest, relaxation, and seriousness.” Teacher Gao Yan leads the entire grade to learn and progress constantly with this philosophy. Teacher Gao pointed out that activities are a major feature of HZWFLS. Our teaching is students-centered, allowing students to progress in cooperative exploration and grow in colorful activities. In addition, she also shared the gratifying results that teachers and students have achieved through hard work this semester, which is really exciting.

会上，七年级组从“文明之星、勤学之星、才艺之星、优秀班干部、优秀课代表、友爱之星、优秀学生、进步学生”多个维度对优秀学生进行表彰。每一个孩子都是一粒充满希望的种子，花期不同，姿态也不同，这便要求我们用博爱影响、鼓励孩子进取，努力让每个孩子的优秀被看见和肯定，相信在杭世外这片自由、多元的土壤里终能开出千姿百态的花。   

At the meeting, the 7th grade group recognized outstanding students in various dimensions, such as “The most polite students; The most hardworking students, The most outstanding students in art and culture; The most helpful class monitors; The most responsible students ” . Every child is a seed full of hope, with different flowering periods and postures. This requires us to influence and encourage children to forge ahead with love, strive to make every child’s excellence visible and recognized, and believe that in this free and diverse soil of HZWFLS, a variety of flowers can eventually bloom.

牛顿说过：“如果说我看得比别人更远些，那是因为我站在巨人的肩膀上。”本次大会邀请了优秀学生代表、进步学生代表、优秀学长学姐、家长代表发言，分享各自经验心得，以期为世外学子和家长朋友提供具有可借鉴性、可实践性和可操作性的方法。

As Newton once said, “If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants.” This conference invited outstanding student representatives, progressive student representatives, excellent alumni, and parent representatives to share their experiences and insights, in order to provide practical and applicable methods for the students and parents to learn from and implement.

如何养成良好的行规呢？来自703班的费凡同学提出，首先需要一颗尊敬之心，尊敬父母、老师、同学，尊重之心会时时约束你的行为；其次需要一颗包容之心，接纳他人不足，真诚与之沟通，包容之心让你心胸旷达。  

How to develop good behavior habits? Fei Fan, a student from Class 703, suggested that it starts with a heart of respect, respecting parents, teachers, and classmates, which will constantly guide your behavior. Secondly, it requires a heart of tolerance, accepting the shortcomings of others, communicating sincerely, which will broaden your mind. 

如何在提升成绩呢？来自702班的赵盛源、毛诗雯同学分享了他们的经验：一是做好课前预习工作，二是提高上课效率，三是多和老师沟通学习方法，四是确立目标。

How to improve academic performance? Zhao Shengyuan and Mao Shiwen, students from Class 702, shared their experiences: firstly, doing well in pre-class preparation; secondly, improving the efficiency of class time; thirdly, communicating with teachers about learning methods; and fourthly, establishing clear goals.

如何培养子的习惯呢？来自703班的项橹哲的妈妈毫不吝惜的向大家分享了他的经验：首先要培养孩子良好的生活习惯，其次要重视孩子的心理健康，除此之外要给孩子创造一个安静、舒适、温馨的学习氛围，还要多和孩子交流，最重要的是积极配合学校老师的工作。 

How to cultivate good habits in children? Xiang Luzhe’s mother from Class 703 generously shared her experience: firstly, cultivating good daily habits for children; secondly, valuing children’s mental health; and besides that, creating a quiet, comfortable, and warm learning environment for children, communicating with children more, and most importantly, actively cooperating with the school’s teachers.               

Two-way Efforts for Joint Growth

双向奔赴 共护成长

年级家长会结束后，家长们前往各自教室，参加班级家长会。各班班主任用会说话的班级文化布置展示了班级的育人文化，通过播放学生们日常生活的回顾视频，让家长亲历学生在校的日常点滴，感受世外学生自信阳光的风采，体会到世外中学精细的管理、先进的办学理念。                        

之后的任课老师交流会上，各班课任老师在肯定并表扬孩子们的进步同时，也结合学科特点从教学内容、学习方法、家长如何配合等角度，向家长们提出专业的、实用的、有效的建议。每一句话、每一个字，都凝聚了老师们对孩子们的关心与希望。

After the grade parent meeting, parents go to their respective classrooms to participate in the class parent meeting. The head teacher of each class showcased the educational culture of the class through the arrangement of classroom. By playing a retrospective video of students’ daily lives, parents were allowed to experience children’s daily life in school, feel the confident and sunny demeanor of their students, and experience the refined management and advanced educational philosophy of HZWFLS.

During the subsequent subject teacher exchange meeting, while affirming and praising the progress of the children, each subject teacher provided professional, practical, and effective suggestions to parents from the perspectives of teaching content, learning methods, and how to cooperate with parents based on the characteristics of each subject. Every word and sentence embodies the teachers’ care and hope for their students.

散会后，仍有很多家长和任课老师进行了面对面的交流，一对一分析孩子的日常行为和学习情况，家长们不仅感受到了老师对学生的爱心和耐心，老师们也感受到了家长对孩子的关心和用心。

爱之以心，育之以策。教育是一场美好的双向奔赴，家校携手，共育花蕾，静待花开！

After the meeting, many parents and subject teachers continued to have face-to-face conversations, analyzing the daily behavior and learning situation of their children one-on-one. Parents not only felt the love and patience of the teachers towards their students, but the teachers also felt the care and dedication of the parents towards their children.

Education is a beautiful two-way journey. With heart-filled love, and strategic nurturing, parents and school work together, to cultivate young buds and await them to bloom patiently!

【孩子有话说】

虽然这两天很忙，可是我真的很开心！因为我收获了很多的荣誉与自豪。

感谢老师的信任，我有幸担任了年级家长会的主持人，写串词、彩排、拍同学们成长的视频、记录他们真情流露的瞬间…这一切的过程都让我深感幸福和自豪。

在大会其中的一个环节——毕业生的视频中，我看到了很多优秀的学长学姐，给出了经验分享和鼓励，我有了更清晰的奋斗目标，我会更好地珍惜在杭州世外中学的时光，好好珍惜和亲爱的老师们同学们一起努力的点点滴滴。

虽然期中考试我的成绩没有尽如人意，但是聆听了很多优秀同学的发言后，我对之后的学习有所感悟: 首先要学会激发自己的动力并提醒自己要自律。当然，有了动力，还要有一定的方法，比如买一些课外教辅，并去请老师帮忙选一些题目练习，他们清楚你需要巩固加强的知识，空余时多加练习，提升理解能力，同时还能锻炼解题技巧。此外，复习是学习的重要一环，空闲之余可以订正错题，错题代表着未掌握的知识，及时证正、练习就不会漏知识点。

学习需要不断总结，方能熟能生巧，不要想着一步登顶，而是要踏实下来，不要放松对自己的要求。

本次家长会的回顾视频把我们拉回了这半个学期回忆的长河中，世外的学习氛围，多姿多彩的活动是同学们进步的关键。在优秀学生的发言中，我知道了学习时的一些方法，如梳理笔记、课后巩固，而从家长代表发言中，我又能学习到在班级要团结互助的道理。这次年级大会年级组准备了许多奖项，这更能激励我们的学习热情与动力。

总而言之，这次家长会，让我们深刻的体会到学习要劳逸结合，要有适当的方法，与家长、同学相处时，需要尊重并陪伴他们。

【家长有话说】

这次家长会的接触给了我一份笃然的安心与信心，当初择校的时候很多朋友不理解在有其他路径可选择的情况下就只选了杭世外，我当初的回答是相信这所学校的国际视野与注重孩子素质与品质的内向挖掘与培养，可真实的内心终究尚有那一丝丝的忐忑，随着孩子近一年的学习与生活中的变化，那一丝的忐忑之心随风而散，从开始孩子主动和我说他喜欢这所学校让我感受的惊讶，到孩子调皮随性的态度开始变得在意班级的荣誉，在意老师的评价，在意自己学习习惯的改善，最后是班会视频中那份说出感谢父母的勇气，这一切都让我感到庆幸与感谢。

从年级的奖励认同到班级里老师对孩子学生习生活的分析与鼓励，也让我明白了这一切的变化从何而来，查了下我的手机微信记录，班主任和各科老师和我沟通的频度与效度，大部分都是休息日或休息时间中进行的，和高老师最长的一次通话记录居然达到了2个小时……从来没有一种收获是随意所得，共情之下的感激让我写下这段文字，给我自己也给孩子，要记取日后的成长之路中是在哪里收获了那份释怀和格局。

今天，我们世外七年级的老师孩子家长们相聚在一起，共同关注见证孩子们的成长。首先非常感谢学校为我们提供了这样的平台，加强了家校的联系，加深了老师家长之间的沟通，作为家长我非常庆幸孩子能遇到这么好的班主任，能读懂孩子心声，善于沟通，循序渐进，尽心尽职！更庆幸孩子能遇到这么好的任课老师们，耐心负责有情怀，爱岗敬业有责任，奖罚分明有氛围！既保证孩子的学习质量又给了孩子快乐的童年。

我的孩子来世外一个多学期里，相较与之前性格上自信活泼了，学习上也主动努力了。我知道这一切的改变都是世外老师们在背后默默付出的结果。老师在会上分享的教育方式方法，也让我受益匪浅，作为家长一定会努力配合，多鼓励多欣赏培养孩子独立自主的能力及学习潜能。

坐在布置有序明亮宽敞的教室里，看着走廊上摆放的小点心饮用水，感受到了世外老师们的用心至深，教育非小事，一切为了孩子，再次感谢我们702班所有老师们对孩子的付出，相信702班的孩子们在张老师的带领下一定会变得越来越好，奔向属于他们的美好未来！

七次上台给孩子颁奖，内心是激动的，也对学校“赏识教育”的认可。看见孩子眼神里所表现出来的自信和坚定，甚是欣慰！孩子的巨大进步的确让我震撼，深感教育的硬、软件对孩子的影响是深远的。

选择杭州上海世外中学，优秀的师资力量和强大的硬件，让我更坚信孩子在未来三年的初中阶段会有更大的进步。

听完老师和同学家长对教育的分享，自愧在孩子的教育上思考不够，更期望郑君灏能在学校学会宽容，拒绝自私，增强责任感，接受挫折和失败。
