九年寒窗，终待今夏绽华彩；四载青春，弦歌曼乐寄深情。2023年6月21日，尚德融合部中学九年级毕业典礼隆重启幕。适逢夏至节气，晴空与浓荫相伴，微风与鸣蝉相和，毕业生们在家长的见证下，迎来这收获的重要时刻。

After nine years of diligent study, the summer finally unfolds in a riot of color; four years of youth, deep feelings are sent through song and melody. On June 21, 2023, the grand opening of the graduation ceremony of SSES Middle Years Program took place. Coinciding with the summer solstice, under the clear sky, and with the gentle breeze, the graduates, witnessed by their parents, embraced this significant moment of achievement.

第一篇章·盛夏绽华彩

/ Midsummer Blooming

随着视频《我想……》的镜头，四年来点滴回忆在一幕幕光影中映入眼帘，同学们的思绪再次回到了四年来每一次重要的时刻，重温那些互相陪伴、共同拼搏的瞬间。

Through the lens of the video “I Wish...”, a recap of memories from the past four years emerged. The students’ thoughts were brought back to each momentous occasion, reliving the instants of mutual companionship and joint endeavor.

四年的光阴，终汇集成收获时刻的璀璨与荣耀。毕业生们从上海尚德实验学校校长姜晓勇先生和尚德融合部校长姚可阶女士手中郑重地接过象征着四年圆满的毕业证书，毕业证书上，字字映照着他们过去的拼搏与坚持，一笔一划凝聚着无数个日夜的汗水。

Four years of time ultimately converge into a dazzling and glorious moment of harvest. The graduates solemnly received their diplomas symbolizing a successful completion of four years from Principal of Shanghai Shangde Experimental School Jiang and Principal of the Integrated Department Yao. Each character on the diploma reflected their past efforts and perseverance; each stroke imbued with countless days and nights of toil.

追梦的道路上，榜样引领，披荆斩棘，在2023届毕业生中，涌现出了优秀的十大培养目标毕业生，由尚德融合部校长姚可阶女士和外方校长David Richardson为他们颁发了荣誉证书，让鲜花与掌声见证了他们的榜样风采。

On the path to their dreams, exemplary figures emerged. Among the 2023 graduates, ten students were recognized as good examples of IB learner profile. Principal Yao and Principal David from Integrated department presented them with honor certificates. 

第二篇章·歌韵寄深情

/ Song Expresses Deep Feelings

灿烂的青春下，是滚烫的理想。在融中这四年，每个同学都书写着饱含深情的故事，每一位家长也都寄托着殷切的期盼与温情。

2023届毕业生代表李秋棠同学，9D班孙稼铭同学家长、融合部中学家委会副主席宋歌女士，分别从学生和家长的视角，为大家讲述了这难忘的四年融中故事。

Underneath the splendid youth are burning ambitions. During these four years in MYP, each student has penned deeply emotional stories, and every parent has entrusted earnest expectations and warmth. Li Qiutang, a representative of the 2023 graduates and Ms. Song Ge, Sun Jiaming’s parent and the vice chair of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), shared their unforgettable stories from students’ and parents’ perspectives.

在这圆满收获的时刻，毕业年级师生用朗诵表达对母校最真挚的谢意。师生代表施月萍老师原创的诗歌《夏日，别》，动情回溯往事，展望未来，共同祝愿毕业生们、祝愿母校山高水长、来日方长。

In this fulfilling moment of graduation, the students and teachers used recitations to express their deepest gratitude to school. A poem written by teacher Ms. Shi Yueping, “Farewell, Summer”, nostalgically recalled the past and looked forward to the future, wishing the graduates and the school longevity and bright futures.

在凤凰花开的路口，唱响动听的旋律，毕业班教师带来了合唱《凤凰花开的路口》，歌声中饱含着老师对学生的殷切期盼和祝愿，犹如凤凰展翅，目送同学们踏上新的征程。伴随着舒缓温情的音乐声，全体毕业年级教师上台接受学生的感恩献花，四年来的陪伴和关爱化作此刻难舍的目光与拥抱。

The teachers of the graduating class performed the song “Where Phoenix Flowers Bloom”. The song encapsulated teachers’ earnest expectations and wishes for the students, like a phoenix spreading its wings, bidding farewell as students embark on a new journey. Accompanied by gentle music, all the teachers of the graduating class went on stage to accept flowers from the students, transforming four years of companionship and care into a moment of reluctant parting and embraces.

第三篇章·筑梦再扬帆

/ Building Dreams and Setting Sail Again

顺利度过融中生涯，同学们即将踏向更具挑战的融合部高中旅程。今天，融高教师和学生代表亲临现场，亲切地向同学们介绍了丰富多彩融高的课程、社团与活动，在九年级毕业生心中展开了一幅值得憧憬与期待的画卷。

Having successfully completed their journey in MYP, the students are about to step into the more challenging journey in Diploma Program (DP). Today, DP teachers and student representatives were present at the ceremony, warmly introducing the vibrant curriculum, clubs, and activities in DP, painting a picture full of anticipation and expectation for the graduating ninth graders.

四年来，同学们在融中汲取着知识的甘霖，磨砺了意志的锋芒。在这离别感恩的时刻，融中2023届毕业生们也为母校精心准备了一份特别的礼物——“BOOKS形状书柜”，饱含着毕业生们对学校的感激、对知识的热爱以及对未来的期待。

Over the four years, students have soaked up the nourishing rain of knowledge and honed the edge of their willpower in MYP. At this moment of farewell and gratitude, the 2023 graduates have prepared a special gift - a “BOOKS shaped bookcase”, embodying their gratitude towards the school, their love for knowledge, and their expectations for the future.

这四年里每个重大的时刻，都有姜校长的教诲响起在耳边，伴随着同学们从稚嫩的少年到如今满载而归的毕业生。在毕业典礼这珍贵的时刻，姜校长勉励毕业生们心怀对祖国、对父母、对师长、对同伴的感恩之心，做好未来的生涯规划，行万里路读万卷书，坚定地拥抱向上、向善、向阳的人生。毕业生们将牢记姜校长的教导，为更高的学术和成长目标不断努力。

Throughout these four years, at every significant juncture, the teachings of Principal Jiang have resonated in our ears, accompanying the students from their innocent childhood to their triumphant graduation day. At this precious moment of the graduation ceremony, Principal Jiang encouraged the graduates to nurture a sense of gratitude towards their country, parents, teachers, and peers. He urged them to plan their future well, to travel thousands of miles and read thousands of books, and to steadfastly embrace a life that strives upward, towards goodness, and into the light. The graduates will firmly remember Principal Jiang’s guidance, continually striving for higher academic and personal growth goals.

收获时刻，展望未来之际，我们满怀期待砥砺前行；待到盛夏，繁花烂漫之际，我们将在未来顶峰相遇！再次祝愿2023届融中全体毕业生们，前程似锦，未来可期！

At this moment of harvest and looking towards the future, we forge ahead with anticipation; when we reach the height of summer, amidst the full bloom of flowers, we will meet again at the peak of our future!
