2023年1月4日下午2时许，2022-2023学年北京市朝阳区力迈学校第一学期期末全体教职工线上大会正式召开。我校百余名中外教职工齐聚线上，刘学言校长携20位校中层领导齐聚学校会议室，线上线下同步对本学期教育教学、师资管理、后勤教辅等工作进行总结，并提前为全体教职员工送上新春的第一波祝福。

Beijing Chaoyang LiMai School's online staff meeting for the first semester of the 2022–2023 academic year was held on January 4, 2023, at 2:00 pm. Director Liang, the Director of LiMai school office, served as the host. The online meeting was attended by more than 100 staff members, both Chinese and foreign. The Top 20 school leaders assembled in the school conference room under the guidance of the Principal Liu Xueyan. They gave an overview of this semester's activities in education and teaching, teacher' management, logistics, and administration. The leaders sent the team of Educators their best wishes for the coming year.

总校长刘校长上台就本学期学校各方面工作进行深入细致的汇报与交流；德育张校长以“感动2022”为题，对力迈党建及德育工作进行总结；后勤彭校长进行了后勤工作总结，并对下学期的工作重点进行深入阐述；外方人事总监Laurent先生对本学期外籍教师课堂表现及考核管理进行总结。

The Principal of LiMai School, Mr. Liu, delivered a thorough report on the activities of the previous semester. The work of the Chinese Party and LiMai's disciplinary efforts were compiled by Ms. Zhang, the Principal of the Moral Department, under the slogan "Looking forward to 2023.” The Principal of the logistics department, Mr. Peng, gave a comprehensive description of the work priorities for the upcoming semester and a summary of the logistics operations. The Director of the Foreign Human Resources department, Mr. Laurent, provided a summary of the evaluation management and classroom performance of the foreign instructors this semester.

习近平总书记说：路虽远，行则将至；事虽难，做则必成。2023已至，希望力迈员工做一个不同的自己！牢记教育的初心是尊重、呵护与引领。祝愿大家新春快乐，阖家安康！

General Secretary Xi Jinping said: "Although the road is far, you will get there.  Although things are difficult, you will make it." The year of 2023 is here. I wish LiMai staff will be a different version of themselves! Remember that the initial purpose of education is respect, care and guidance.I wish you all a happy New Year and a joyful family!
