尚德实验学校融合部小学大队部深入贯彻落实少先队员从小学先锋、长大做先锋，努力成长为能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人精神，扎实推进各项工作，取得明显成效。

融合部小学大队部一直是学生自主管理的阵地，是学生发言权、选择权、主导权的直接体现，是学生领袖发挥能动性和领导能力的平台。9月29日，2021-2022学年度少先队大队委员换届选举活动成功举行。

The Young Pioneers of Integrated Department is the position for students to do self-management, the direct embodiment of students' voice, choice and ownership, and the platform for student leaders to show their agency and leadership.On September 29, the election of members of the Young Pioneers for the 2021-2022 academic year was successfully held.

                                                         

本届竞选中，历经班级初选和年级竞选，共有10位候选人脱颖而出。总决选现场，每位候选人进行了5分钟的自我展示，孩子们从自己的成长故事谈到未来设想，落落大方，自信从容，铿锵言辞间不仅讲述了自己在融合部小学的学习经历，展现了自己全方位的成长与收获，还表达了自己乐意为学部服务的坚定决心。

For this year, after class election and grade election, a total of 10 candidates stood out. At the final election, each candidate presented for 5 minutes, they not only told about their learning experience, showing their growth and harvest, but also expressing their firm determination to serve the division.

大队长

黄冕岑Emilie 5C

黄冕岑积极参加各项活动，勇于尝试，敢于挑战。她兴趣爱好广泛，并有着坚忍不拔的毅力，在学术和艺术上取得了令人骄傲成绩，但是她不骄不躁，继续朝着全面发展不懈努力，追求卓越。

Emilie is not only an active participant in various activities but also a risk taker who is willing to accept any challenge. With a wide range of interests and perseverance, she has made great achievements in both academics and arts, but she still continues to strive for excellence in all aspects of her development.

副大队长

俞茗绮Angel  4B

俞茗绮是班级中的值日班长，她不仅具有很强的自我管理能力，也具有超强的责任意识。她会协助老师管理班级的常规事务，更会主动关注一些突发事情并及时想办法处理。她是一个值得老师和同伴信任的人。

Angel is the monitor in class. She  has not  a strong self-management skill and a strong sense of responsibility. 

She can assist teachers to manage the routine affairs of the class. What's more ,she can positively pay attention to some emergencies and find ways to deal with them in a timely manner. She is a person worthy of the trust of teachers and peers.

董书轩Doris   5E

董书轩是一个全面发展的小朋友，不论是对学习还是生活都充满激情，她对自己严格要求，努力做到不断突破。“对己克制，对事尽责”在她身上体现得淋漓尽致。

Doris is a balanced student. She is passionate about both study and life. She is strict and keeps making breakthroughs. "Demonstrate self-control, Take responsibility" in her embodiment of the most vividly.

宣传委员  

张颖诺Nia   4A

张颖诺是一个勤于思考、善于交流、勇于挑战的小朋友。在生活中，她能够用自己的温暖去关怀他人。她非常清楚作为一个学生该遵守的契约精神和具有的责任。相信她也能用饱满的热情、出色的行动力，完成大队部的工作。

Nia is a thinker, communicator and risk-taker. She cares for her teachers, classmates, and friends. As a student, Nia knows the contract spirit and responsibility well enough. We believe that she would complete her job with agency and enthusiasm!

姜岳凌Ling  3D

姜岳凌对人热情，对待别人非常宽容大方，他热爱劳动，对班级事务尽心尽责，有很强的集体荣誉感，在学习生活中他不断提高自我要求，是一名勇于尝试，胸襟开阔的男孩！

Ling is a warmhearted, diligent and generous boy who always has high expectation of himself. He is responsible and has a strong sense of collective honor. He is a perfect risk-taker and open-minded student!

文艺委员

吴歆乐Elsa    3D

吴歆乐热爱学习，在班级里学习成绩名列前茅，她团结友爱同学，为人踏实肯干，以最高的标准要求自己，追求卓越，是一名积极探究、全面发展的女孩！

Elsa is an active learner and her academic performance is always among the best. Besides, she is a diligent, kind and helpful student who is always strict with herself and pursues excellence. She is a really inquisitive and balanced IB  learner!

体育委员

杨子辰Nathan   3E

杨子辰是个热爱运动的小朋友，在运动中他拥有了敢于挑战、顽强拼搏的意志力。他阳光开朗、乐观幽默，是班里的“开心果”。这次竞选他凭着这股乐观向上的态度，一路坚持走下来，最终自信地站在竞选舞台上展现个人风采。

Nathan loves sports and is a risk-taker which is a very valuable quality for         a  child. He's open-minded、optimistic and humorous. He's the"happy guy"in the class.His election brought him a lot of pressure ,but with his optimistic attitude,he finally stood confidently on the stage to show himself.

张家烨Eric   3F

张家烨是一个乐观、阳光、积极向上的小男子汉。他学习优秀，乐于助人，是同学心目中的好班长；他多才多艺，自信大方，是小伙伴心目中的好榜样；他责任心强，不惧挑战，是大家心目中的班级之光。

Eric is an optimistic, sunny and positive 

little guy. He is good at learning and helpful. He is a good monitor in the eyes of his classmates. He is versatile, confident and generous. He is a good example in the eyes of his friends. He has a strong sense of responsibility. He is not afraid of challenges. He is the light of class in everyone's mind. 

融合部小学大队委员们会以先锋为榜样，做脚踏实地的实践者，与中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦同行，更会以十大培养目标为努力方向，积极地投身于有意义的行动当中，成长为具有国际情怀的人，为开创一个更美好、更和平的世界做出贡献。

The primary school students of the Integrated Department will follow the example of the pioneers, taking the learner profile as the direction, engage in responsible action and become internationally minded. In doing so, students contribute to a better and more peaceful world.
