3月11日，在接到疫情防控部署安排之后，上海市民办万源城协和双语学校立即启动应急预案，快速响应上海市教委制定的在线教学指导意见，为线上教学做好全面保障！结合已有的在线教学活动的实施经验，学校紧急召开班主任、学科组等会议，立即开启线上平台教学资源，有条不紊地开展相关工作。

3月12日，全体老师在线会议，了解学校线上教学的工作部署，各自准备相关的教育教学工作。学校对全体教师进行了腾讯软件的培训，为线上教学提前做好准备。

3月13日，晚上7:00召开小学部家长会，学校将此次家长会作为一次全真演练。会议上，各班主任向家长们介绍了如何使用腾讯软件进行在线学习，介绍了在线课程的安排等重要事项，有效缓解家长的焦虑，也为提高网络环境下的教学实效做好了充分的准备。
