在接到上海市最新疫情防控有关部署后，上海美达菲学校校长与管理团队、教育教学部门和后勤保障部门迅速进入积极响应状态。以最快的速度制定出“停课不停学”的方案、课程表以及作息时间表，要求全校任课教师合理安排教学内容，调整教学方式，有效开展网络直播教学。 

After receiving the latest deployment of epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai, the principal, management team, education and teaching departments and logistics department of Shanghai MacDuffie School immediately entered a state of active response. We formulate the plan, class schedule and work schedule of "not suspending school" as soon as possible, and require all teachers to arrange teaching contents reasonably, to adjust teaching methods and effectively carry out online live teaching.

学校教育教学部门处迅速组织全体班主任，各班利用周末的时间召开了线上家长会。班主任及时向家长传达了上海市教育局关于居家网课线上教学的工作部署，并根据学校的工作要求对家长们提出各项建议，包括布置适宜居家学习的环境，提醒学生拥有良好的作息时间、开展居家体育锻炼等各项事务。 

The school education department quickly organized all the homeroom teachers and each class held an online parents' meeting over the weekend. The homeroom teachers timely conveyed to the parents the work deployment of Shanghai Education Bureau about online teaching at home, and put forward various suggestions to the parents according to the work requirements of the school, including setting up a suitable environment for home learning, reminding students to have a good schedule, carrying out physical exercise at home and other matters.

在授课方面，上海美达菲充分利用“互联网+教育”的信息化手段，搭建“空中课堂”平台，建立网上教学和师生互动通道，有效解决学生因疫情无法正常到校学习问题，真正做到了“离校不离教、停课不停学”，上海美达菲学校的授课老师在为学生提供优质课程教学服务的同时，还增加了线上直播课程的趣味性和逻辑性，提高授课效率与课堂活跃度。

加入任课老师建立的微信群，提前5分钟任课老师会发出腾讯会议账号，请及时关注信息并登陆。

If you join the wechat group established by your teacher, your teacher will send out the Tencent conference account 5 minutes in advance. Please follow the information and log in timely.

所有进群人员须使用实名(中文名字+英文名字)。

All participants must use their real names (Chinese name + English name).

进入课堂后开启摄像头，并露出全脸，期间请不要关闭摄像头，否则算早退或缺勤，每节课老师都会点名并上传校宝。

After entering the class, turn on the camera and show your full face. Please do not turn off the camera during the class, otherwise it will be considered as early leave or absence. The teacher will call the roll and upload to the Schoolpal.

如临时网络有问题，无法登陆，请及时微信群告知任课老师和班主任。

If there is a temporary problem with the network and you cannot log in, please inform the teacher and homeroom teacher in the wechat group in time.

网络问题是非常偶尔的情况，如果经常出现问题，请及时检查网络环境，并及时解决，或选择使用流量上课。

Network problems are very occasional. If problems often occur, please check the network in time and solve them in time, or choose to use netflow for classes.

每天检查校宝作业，并及时上传提交。

如有纸质作业请及时安排打印，并按任课老师要求提交作业。

如遇到有事请假无法上课，请及时问任课老师要回放视频。

关注校宝分数，如疑问请第一时间联系任课老师，如还是无法解决，可以寻求班主任帮助。

网课期间请保持健康的作息习惯，早睡早起，每天安排运动项目。

During online classes, please keep a healthy habit, go to bed early and get up early, and arrange sports every day.

疫情之下，学生在家学习，除了老师的教学，家长的监督也相当重要。首日网课结束后，上海美达菲各班主任及时在家长群里进行家校沟通，向家长汇报学习情况的同时，也让家长更好地知悉家校配合在学生成长过程中的重要性，从发现问题，到沟通问题并解决问题。

针对因为疫情留校的学生，上海美达菲学校也做出相应的措施保障留校生学习生活能够正常进行。所有留校学生同往常一样，每天正常在校饮食起居，在各自班级所在的教室上网课，按时就餐、按时熄灯、按时就寝。 

Shanghai MacDuffie School has also taken measures to ensure the normal study and life of students who are staying in school because of the epidemic. All students who stay in school will eat, drink and live as usual, have online classes in their own classrooms, have meals, turn off the lights and go to bed on time.

上课方面 · Class

与校内时间一致，每天7:30离寝，4:05下课。每天会有留校教师在上课前及过程中协助任课教师有效监管检查学生上课状态。

Same with the school time, every day leave dorm at 7:30, classes are over at 4:05. Every day, there will be in-school teachers to help effectively supervise and check students' class status before and during the class.

 饮食方面 · Food

正常保障留校学生在校的就餐和其他日常生活所需，学校会囤够物资保障学生们饮食的数量和安全。食堂统一配餐食，饮食时间和标准与之前相同。在此期间，为防止与外人接触及商品携带病毒，学校严禁外卖和快递。

The school will provide students with meals and other daily necessities. The school will store enough supplies to ensure the quantity and safety of students' food. Dining hall with unified meals, eating time and standards as before. During this period, to prevent contact with outsiders and goods carrying the virus, the school banned take-out and express delivery.

 电子产品 · Electronic products

每天放学后给学生2个小时时间使用，每晚9点按时上交给生活老师。

Students are given 2 hours to use after school every day, and they are handed in to the dorm teachers at 9 pm. every night.

 疫情防护 · Prevention of COVID-19

学校会为学生们分发口罩，每日按时测量体温，如有情况第一时间采取措施。

The school will distribute masks to students, test body temperatures on time every day, and take immediate measures if there is any situation.

 外出方面 · Going out

确定留校的学生将不允许出校门。

Students who are confirmed to stay in school will not be allowed to go out.
