3月7日下午CAS时间，上海宏润博源学校春季配音比赛圆满落幕!

The CAS session on the afternoon of March 7 saw the English Dubbing Competition of SHBS spring semester successfully concluded.

近五十位同学报名参加配音比赛初赛选拔，最后十二位同学成功晋级决赛，在学校礼堂进行现场配音比拼。

Nearly 50 students had signed up for the first round competition before 12 of them ended up making it to the final. These 12 candidates competed against each other in the school auditorium, where each of them gave a live dubbing performance.   

决赛开始前，荧幕上播放了未能晋级决赛的同学们的精彩配音剪辑，向参与初赛的选手们致意。配音的魅力在于塑造，在声音的诠释下，一切作品都仿佛被赋予了独特的灵魂。

Before the final took place, fine video clips of the dubbing works of those who didn't make it to the final were shown on the screen to recognize their good work. The charm of dubbing lies in shaping characters. With their voices, each of their works seemed to be endowed with a unique soul.

第一位上台的是王同学，带来配音《唐顿庄园》，关于格兰瑟姆伯爵一家由家产继承问题而引发的种种纠葛。这个片段的语速非常快，配音难度比较高。王同学运用不同的声线，一人分饰两角，将人物既激烈又克制的情绪表现地很到位。

The first to perform on the stage was Jessie Wang, who dubbed the video clip of “Downton Abbey”, a story about various disputes stirred up by inheritance of Count Grantham's family assets. This video clip requires fast speech speed, adding to its difficulty. Playing two different roles in two distinct voices, Jessie Wang well expressed the intense but restrained emotions of the characters.

第二位上台的是陈同学，带来配音《魔法满屋》。陈同学的声音展现了米贝拉，这位魔法家族唯一的普通少女独特鲜明的性格。

The second to perform on the stage was Lesley Chen, who dubbed a video clip from "Encanto". Her voice showed the unique and distinctive character of Mirabel, the only ordinary girl in the magic family.

第三位上台的是崔同学，带来配音《哈利波特》。《哈利波特》是世界魔幻文学著作，年轻巫师哈利波特的冒险故事想必大家记忆犹新，被伏地魔附身的奇洛教授的形象想必是许多师生的童年阴影。崔同学的表现让人惊喜，他的声线与哈利波特非常贴合。

The third to perform on the stage was Jason Cui, who dubbed a video clip from "Harry Porter". "Harry Potter" is one of the world's magic literary classics. The adventure of Harry Porter, the young wizard, remains fresh in our memory. The image of Professor Quirrell possessed by Voldemort must be the childhood nightmare of many teachers and students. The audience were surprised at Jason’s performance because his voice matched Harry Porter's character perfectly.  

第四位上台的是郑同学（邀请了梁同学合作），配音短片《土拨鼠奥运会》。大家日常生活中所见到的土拨鼠都是只会逃跑和尖叫的小动物，但郑同学成功地通过自己的声音让观众们感受到了土坡鼠的蠢萌和在奥运赛场上努力拼搏的运动精神。

The 4th to perform on the stage was Sabrina Zheng, who worked with Jenny Liang, to dub a video clip from "Groundhog Olympics". The groundhogs we see in our daily lives are small animals that only run away and scream, but Sabrina successfully made the audience feel the groundhog's cuteness and sportsmanship of striving hard in the Olympic Games through her voice.

第五位上台的是梁同学（邀请了郑同学合作），带来配音《星光继承者》。许多女生小时候都梦想过自己置身于一场华丽的舞会，在舒缓优雅的音乐下翩翩起舞。梁同学彰显了她自身的少女优势，声音非常软糯可爱。

The 5th to perform on the stage was Jenny Liang, who worked together with Sabrina Zheng, to dub a video clip from "Descendants". Many young girls dreamed of attending a gorgeous ball and dancing to soothing and elegant music. Jenny showed off her girlish strengths in her gentle and cute voice.

第六位上台的是张同学，带来配音《蝙蝠侠黑暗骑士》中的小丑。希斯莱杰扮演的小丑可以说是影史上最出色的小丑，顽皮的笑声中却掺杂着致命的陷阱。张同学压低自己的嗓音为小丑配音，惟妙惟肖。

The 6th to perform on the stage was Hendry Zhang, who played the role of the Joker and dubbed a video clip from “The Dark Knight”. The Joker played by Heath Ledger is considered the best in the history of cinema. His mischievous laughter is mixed with deadly traps. Hendry lowered his voice and perfectly captured the characteristics of the character.    

第七位上台的是吴同学（邀请了王同学合作），带来配音《美人鱼》。周星驰导演的《美人鱼》可以说是中国影视界的经典之一，刘轩与警察的对话让人印象深刻，也曾是网络热门的搞笑桥段。这段配音惹得台下观众连连发笑。

The 7th to perform on the stage was Era Wu, who worked together with Harry Wang to dub a video clip from "Mermaid". Directed by Stephen Chow, "Mermaid" is considered one of the classics of Chinese films, and the dialogue between Liu Xuan and the police officers is an impressive scene and once became a popular and funny hit on the Internet. The audience was greatly amused by their performance.

第八位上台的是陈同学，带来配音《亢奋》。《亢奋》是一部有关青少年的美剧，讲述了一群堕落的青少年开启对自己救赎之路的故事。欣赏过这个配音作品后我们也应重视起自身的困惑以及焦虑，而不是去选择逃避问题。

The 8th to perform on the stage was Evan Chen, who dubbed a video clip from "Euphoria". "Euphoria", an American drama about teenagers, tells the story of how a group of degenerated teenagers started to redeem themselves. His dubbing made us reflect on our own confusion and concerns, rather than choose to elude our problems.

第九位上台的是曹同学，带来配音《小蜘蛛Lucas分享美食》。自然界的许多声音有时会被我们的耳朵忽略，水低落的啪嗒声，小蜜蜂的嗡嗡声。在配音中，曹同学却将能这些细腻的声音表现得淋漓尽致，这些独特的口技在配音上也是锦上添花的点缀，在决赛中一枝独秀。

The 9th to perform on the stage was Allen Cao, who dubbed a video clip from "Lucas the Spider Shares a Treat". Many sounds in nature sometimes go unnoticed by our ears, such as the patter of water, the hum of a little bee. While dubbing, Cao managed to present these delicate sounds incisively and vividly. These unique ventriloquy in dubbing is also like the icing on the cake, making him outstanding in the final.

第十位上台的是李同学，带来配音《冰雪奇缘2》。《冰雪奇缘2》也曾是一部火遍全球的电影，电影中安娜帮助姐姐打破诅咒并携手拯救家园的故事感动了许多影迷。李同学再一次在配音中展现了她声音多变的魅力。

The 10th to perform on the stage was Charlotte Li, who dubbed a video clip from "Frozen 2". "Frozen 2" is a movie that has been popular all over the world. The story of how Anna helped her sister to break the curse and save her home has touched many fans. Once again, Lee showed the charm of her changeable voice while dubbing.

第十一位上台的是王同学，带来配音《Hot Food》。许多同学的微信表情包必定会有说Nice的老爷爷。但多数人对原片段却十分陌生，原片中说Nice的爷爷是英国幽默且多才多艺的青少年读物作家Michael Rosen。王同学近乎完美地诠释了Nice经典。

The 11th to perform on the stage was William Wang, who dubbed a video clip from “Hot Food”. Although many of us have included the old grandpa saying nice in our WeChat emoji packs, most of us are unfamiliar with the original story. The "Nice" gif comes from Michael Rosen, a versatile and humorous British teenage book writer. William almost perfectly represented the Nice classic.

第十二位上台的是吴同学，带来配音《英雄联盟：双城之战》。《双城之战》这一部动漫也在去年的热门榜上占据榜首。王同学一人分饰两角，音色截然不同，对每个角色的塑造都是惟妙惟肖。

The 12th to perform on the stage was William Wu, who dubbed a video clip from "Arcane".“Arcane” is an animated series that topped last year's hit list. William plays two roles with totally different timbre, vividly portraying  each role.    

英语配音并不只是一味地去模仿原片段中的声音，而是在学习的过程中体会剧中的人物色彩。英语配音是一门语言的艺术，也是非常好的提升英语发音和语调的方法。所有影视作品幕后的配音人员都倾注了感情，为剧中的每一位人物注入了生命。配音是连接现实与影视的桥梁。我们通过配音，去发现声音中常常被忽略的美。影视吸引着人们，声音教导着我们。徜徉艺术的殿堂，感悟人生的真谛。

English dubbing is not just about imitating the voice in the original clip, but about tasting personalities of different characters in the process of learning. It is an art of language and a very good way to improve English pronunciation and intonation. All the voice actors and actresses behind the scenes poured their heart and soul into characters and gave them life. Dubbing is like a bridge between reality and film. Through dubbing, we discover beauty in sound that is often overlooked. Film and television attract people, and the voices guides us. Let’s wander in the palace of art, and try to understand the true meaning of life.
